What you need:
(tomatoes- see salsa option below)
3-4 tablespoons cilantro
1 Serrano pepper
1/3 cup red onion (chopped)
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 lime (the juice from)
Pink Himalayan salt to taste (or sea salt)
What to do:
1. Dice avocado, cilantro, pepper, mango, and onion.
2. Toss together in a large bowl.
3. Add olive oil, lime, and salt (amount depends on how much salt you prefer)
OTHER option: Mango Salsa
Add 2-3 vine tomatoes to the mixture and you’ll have a tasty salsa for end of summer parties or upcoming football game watching!
